The Clearing & Forwarding Section offers the following Services

• Coordinating clearing and forwarding;

• Advising users on duties;

• Liaising with users to seek duty and tax exemption;

• Advising users on import and export processes;

• Communicating with exporters and shippers to ensures smooth flow of information prior to arrival of goods;

• Evaluating & advising the users on the best mode of transport to use;

• Follow up on duty exemption with the Ministry of Education;

• Tracking of Shipments;
