Supply Chain Management Services Department is responsible for procurement of goods, services and works
The faculties offer the following Services
- Issuing quotations to bidders in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Regulations
- Co-coordinating the receiving and opening of quotations
- Maintaining and safeguarding procurement and disposal documents and records
- Secretariat to the Faculty disposal committees;
- Maintenance of quotation register
- Carry out market surveys and vendor ratings
- Preparation and submission of quarterly reports of PC awards.
- Implementing the decisions of the procurement and disposal committees, including coordinating all activities of these committees;
